Details, details

I've been working diligently on this wool project, stitching an hour here  and

there. I especially like to work on my project when I first get up while I 'm having my cup of tea. I can then critique my stitches from the night before. Sometimes I turn my piece upside down to get a different take. I find this very helpful.

I've added a thin lining on the back to give the piece more stability since it is a bigger piece. I don't want it to stretch out of shape once I hang it.
Some of the stitches I have used so far are the chain stitch, colonial knots, back stitch, blanket, cross stitch and detached buttonhole. Oh and I used the stem stitch to outline the leaves. I've never done this before and I like how it looks.
Pattern is available in my Etsy shop.
